DeLonghi Dinamica - Filter replacement

Replacing the water filter in the DeLonghi Dinamica coffee machine is one of the key maintenance tasks. Water filtration not only improves the taste of the coffee, but also the technical condition of the machine. Changing the filter regularly reduces the amount of limescale build-up, which contributes to extending the life of the machine.

We use a filter COFFIX CF106, a high-quality replacement for the filter DLSC002, which is perfect for DeLonghi home espresso machines.

DeLonghi Dinamica filter replacement step by step

The machine informs you that the water filter needs to be replaced by displaying a notification. If it is canceled, the water filter icon will appear on the screen, and the filter replacement process can be accessed from the machine's settings menu. It is recommended to change the filter regularly as soon as the message is displayed, at least once every two months.

1. We choose to replace the water filter.
2. Unpack the filter COFFIX CF106 and set the month of filter replacement with the blue knob.
3. Fill the filter directly with tap water for several seconds.
4. Remove the water tank.
5. Remove the old water filter.
6. Immerse the new filter in water (top down) for about 3 minutes to fill and vent the filter.
7. After waiting a while, we put the filter on by pressing it against the connector.
8. We confirm the completed steps on the display.
9. We put the water tank with the new filter in place.
10. In place of the carafe we put the water nozzle.
11. Set the 0.5L container under the hot water nozzle and press Next.
12. The machine begins to activate the water filter.
13. When finished, we take the substituted container
