Fresco X65 - Cleaning the milk system

To maintain the highest quality of drinks, it is extremely important to clean the milk frothing system daily with a special agent. Regular care not only prevents nozzle malfunctions, but also guarantees perfect foam consistency, fresh-tasting drinks and long, trouble-free operation of the machine.
With attention to hygiene and maintenance, Fresco X65 will become a reliable part of the office space - providing every employee and visitor with a cup of coffee of the same excellent quality.
Fresco X65 Cleaning the milk system step by step
After making milk coffees , at the end of the day, the milk system cleaning process should be carried out.
For cleaning, we use the preparation COFFIX Cappuccino Cleaner.
- Enter the menu by pressing the screen in the upper left corner and enter the individual administrator code.
- Enter the cleaning tab.
- We start cleaning the milk system with the button Startup and confirm to start.
- Empty the drip tray and grounds container and put them back in place.
- Prepare a dish with 250ml of water and add 15ml of preparation to it COFFIX Cappuccino Cleaner.
- Into the vessel with the cleaning solution we put the milk hose.
- Set the container or dish under the spout of the machine.
- We confirm the actions performed on the screen.
- The machine performs cleaning of the milk system.
- Rinse the vessel with detergent and fill it with water.
- Set up a vessel with water and put a tube of milk in it.
- We confirm on the screen.
- The machine performs a short rinse.
- Cleaning completed. We take away and empty the substituted dishes.
Done.
Fresco X65 Cleaning the milk nozzle
Once a week, the milk module should be removed and taken apart and rinsed with hot water. In case of strong contamination, it is a good idea to immerse the components of the milk module in a fortified solution COFFIX Cappuccino Cleaner (e.g., 250 ml of water and 30 ml of cleaning fluid) for about 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Worth knowing
- Irregular cleaning of the milk system leads to microbial buildup inside the frothing nozzle and its failure.
- If the machine shows further problems with milk frothing after cleaning the milk system, it is worth taking the frothing nozzle apart and cleaning each one in turn.
- Be sure to take apart and clean the milk frothing nozzle once a week.
