Our story begins one afternoon in Puglia.

At a late breakfast in a small cafe in the Bari On Corso Vittorio Emanuele II we enjoyed great espresso and cappuccino with cornetto.

Then to our table squatted Romeo - an eccentric, passionate roaster who began spinning tales about his travels and perfecting the art of coffee roasting.

It was this conversation that inspired us to create the four unique blends you now hold in your hand.
