Filter designed to be replaced every 1135 liters / 300 gallons of water. (Not recommended for use longer than 6 months)

Replacement HAF-CIN filter for Samsung refrigerators*. Compatible as filter replacement:

Compatibility statement verified by manufacturer's testing. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without proper disinfection before, or after the system.

RF-502 filters are compatible with all Samsung refrigerators* that use HAF-CIN filters.

Installation of RF-502 filter for Samsung refrigerator:

1. On models without a replacement light, mark the date you put the filter on the label and calendar to remember to replace the filter after 6 months.
2. Turn off the water supply to the refrigerator.
3. Remove the used filter by grasping it firmly and turning it 90 degrees counterclockwise.
4. Remove the protective cap from the tip of the new cartridge.
5. Slide the new filter into the refrigerator's connector and turn it 90 degrees clockwise until it locks into place.
6. Unscrew the water supply.
7. Pour water from the dispenser for 6 min (about 10 liters) to clean the system and flush the filter.
8. On models with a replacement light, press and hold the WATER FILTER RESET button on the dispenser.
