Filter designed to be replaced every 1135 liters / 300 gallons of water. (Not recommended for use longer than 6 months)

Replacement Samsung HAF-QIN filter for Samsung refrigerators*. Compatible as filter replacement:

DA97-17376B, DA97-08006C, HAF-QIN, HAF QIN/EXP.

Compatibility statement verified by manufacturer's testing. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without proper disinfection before, or after the system.

RF-504 filters are compatible with all Samsung refrigerators that use HAF-QIN filters.

Installation of RF-504 filter for Samsung refrigerator:

1. On models without a replacement light, mark on the label and on the calendar the date when you put the filter on to remember to replace the filter after 6 months.
2. Remove the used filter cartridge by grasping it and turning it counterclockwise 90 degrees.
3. Remove the cap and insert the new filter into the refrigerator connector. Gently rotate the cartridge 90 degrees clockwise to lock it in place.
4. Run water through the device for about 4 minutes to rinse the new filter.
5. Check the filter surface area for leaks.
6. Reset the replacement light by pressing the LIGHT/FILTER or RESET button for 3 seconds. If this procedure does not apply to a new filter, refer to the refrigerator's instruction manual.
